Why I love these Hotels and Resorts

The CHIC resort is hands down one of the most iconic and memorable resorts the country has to offer. This Adults only All-inclusive resort is made for a true getaway for couples, friends, or family… JUST NO KIDS! The second you enter the lobby you’re greeted with the drink of the day- that’s right a drink of the day! Every day there is a new drink created that guests can order at any bar located on the resort. The rooms are breathtaking and they even have a complimentary pull-out bar loaded with 4 premium liquors for guests to enjoy during their stay. Don’t worry when the bottles get low they are replaced with a new one at absolutely zero cost to the guest.

Why I love Punta Cana

I love Punta Cana because the weather is perfect yet surprising at the same time. If you can go in the months June-August you’ll awake to the sound of raindrops pouring on the roofs and by noon the sun is out and in full shine until night fall arrives. We got the best tans of our lives in Punta Cana. Don’t worry about peeling, the resort has an onsite where you will quickly find yourself purchasing the biggest jar of coconut oil and cocoa butter that are sourced directly from the country and will leave your skin glowing and ready for more vitamin D.

What to do

Leaving the resort to explore the beautiful country is an absolute must. One of my all-time favorite vacation experiences was visiting the Spider-Monkey village in Punta Cana. For less than $100 you can hop on a bus that will take you through some of the most breathtaking and scenic views that are sure to reduce your phone battery or camera battery from the overload of pictures you’ll want to take. Be sure to have a battery pack! Arriving at the Spider-Monkey village you are instantly greeted by little and some big primates that want nothing but your love and attention and also anything that shines dangles, or makes noise. Just don’t reach for the babies, the moms are at the top watching over their little ones. On the same tour, you can experience the true taste of all-natural cacao and fresh coffee, all made in the small kitchens of many natives homes who enjoy visitors and love to educate them on the many products the country provides to many places around the world. **Fun Fact a large percentage of raw sugar cane is produced from a small area located right in the heart of Punta Cana.
